A 15-year-old matric position holder was shot dead during a home robbery in Karachi’s Manghopir area, leaving eight sisters without their only brother.

A tragic robbery in Karachi’s Manghopir area claimed the life of a 15-year-old boy, identified as Rosham, who was the only brother of eight sisters.
According to the victim’s father, six armed robbers entered their home in Mehran Society near Manghopir Cemetery. Two of the suspects were allegedly wearing police uniforms.
The father said he came out of his room after hearing the robbers’ movements, while his son also stepped out from another room. The suspects allegedly opened fire, and one bullet struck Rosham in the chest. He died at the scene.
Rosham was a matriculation student and a position holder, according to his father. His body was shifted to a hospital.
The victim’s father further alleged that suspects dressed in police uniforms had been carrying out robberies in the area for the past 20 to 25 days, and police had already been informed about the incidents.
He said the family would not bury Rosham until the suspects were arrested.
