A 41-year-old Pakistani man in Thessaloniki, Greece, has alleged that six Pakistani nationals sexually assaulted him, recorded the incident and later threw him into the sea. Two Pakistani men have been arrested in connection with the case.
According to Greek news website Thestival, the incident reportedly took place early on Tuesday, October 27, in the Agion Pandon area of Thessaloniki.
In his complaint, the victim alleged that six men assaulted him and forcibly subjected him to sexual acts. He further claimed that one of the suspects recorded the incident, while another injured his hand with a sharp object.
The complainant alleged that the suspects subsequently took him on a motorcycle to a central area of the city and threw him into the sea.
Following the incident, an ambulance from Greece’s emergency services transported the man to a hospital, where he received initial medical treatment.
According to police, officers investigating crimes in the White Tower area carried out an operation on Wednesday morning and arrested two Pakistani nationals, aged 40 and 34.
