A military aircraft crashed in the Democratic Republic of Congo, killing 14 people, including two senior military officers.
A spokesperson for the Congolese army said those killed included the head of the military court and the Auditor General of the Armed Forces.
The spokesperson said 12 members of the delegation and members of the aircraft crew were also killed in the crash.
The aircraft crashed while returning to the capital, Kinshasa, from the city of Kikwit. Local authorities said the aircraft crashed due to a technical fault during the return journey.
Investigations have been launched to determine the cause of the crash.
