Engineer Khalid Fadl Al Ali, the Director-General of Ras Al Khaimah Public Service Department, emphasized that the primary goal is to encourage individuals to address public violations by offering them an opportunity to settle fines at a reduced rate, taking into account the social and economic circumstances of residents.
This substantial reduction in fines, he explained, not only aims to promote development and compliance with regulations but also intends to minimize any inconveniences to individuals’ interests. The department sees this as a supportive measure to foster a sense of responsibility and community engagement during this celebratory period.
