Toyota Indus Motor Company (IMC) and Meezan Bank Limited (MBL) have come together to introduce an appealing installment plan for customers. This plan is exclusively available for the purchase of Toyota Corolla and Yaris models, ensuring swift car delivery within 10 working days.
To benefit from this installment plan, interested customers can visit any authorized Toyota dealership. However, it’s important to note that only Meezan Bank cardholders are eligible to avail of this attractive offer. The installment plan brings several benefits, including special discounted monthly rentals, an exclusive takaful rate of 1.4%, a Toyota protection plan, and a free 4th-year basic extended warranty. Moreover, customers opting for this plan will also enjoy priority delivery within the stipulated 10 working days, along with a 50% waiver in processing fees and 50% waiver in early termination charges for those who wish to terminate their existing Car Ijarah to join the MBL IMC joint campaign.
In other news, Toyota Indus Motor Company (IMC) has faced its sixth production pause in 2023 due to a shortage of parts and inventory caused by import restrictions. The assembly plant suspended production from July 21 to August 3, as reported in a notification to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) last week. This is part of several other temporary factory closures, including those from June 26 to June 27, June 3 to June 8, May 2 to May 3, February 1 to February 14, and then again from March 24 to March 27.
Unfortunately, this issue has impacted other car companies in Pakistan as well, with several automakers facing challenges that could potentially lead to dire consequences.
