India shows its intention to pursue all available legal avenues following the death sentence by Qatar of eight former Indian naval officers on unspecified charges.
The individuals, employed by a private company in Qatar, were detained on spying allegations last year. Both Qatar and India have not disclosed the specific charges against them.
The Indian government expressed profound shock at the verdict and vowed to address the matter with Qatari authorities. The Indian foreign ministry stated that it is eagerly awaiting the detailed judgment and places significant importance on the case, closely monitoring its progress.
