A big strike on Gaza’s Al Ahli Arabi hospital just before Joe Biden’s visit to Israel, killed hundreds of Palestinians, an attempt to escalate the war in the Middle East region.
This strike will deepen tensions in the region and raise the stakes for US President Joe Biden as he flies to Israel today to show his support for its war against Hamas.
Israel blamed the blast at Al Ahli Al Arabi hospital on a failed rocket launch by the Palestinian group, which denied responsibility. Palestinian officials said an Israeli air strike hit the hospital, with the Palestinian Authority’s health minister accusing Israel of causing a “massacre”.
Biden’s intricate diplomatic mission to the Middle East was intended to bring stability to the region and strengthen humanitarian initiatives in Gaza.
However, following the hospital strike, Jordan decided to cancel a scheduled summit involving the US president, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi.

Abbas also called off his meeting with Biden due to the unrest in the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah, where Palestinian security forces used tear gas and stun grenades to disperse anti-government protesters.
Similar protests occurred at Israel’s embassies in Turkey and Jordan, along with demonstrations near the US embassy in Lebanon, where security forces used tear gas against the protesters.
Prior to the hospital strike, Gaza health authorities reported that at least 3,000 people had lost their lives during Israel’s 11-day bombardment, which began in response to a surprise Hamas assault and the kidnapping of nearly 200 individuals to Gaza.
