A domestic dispute allegedly turned into a triple murder in Peshawar after a man reportedly opened fire on his parents and brother before fleeing the scene, police said.
The incident occurred in the Sango Kallay area within the jurisdiction of Sarband Police Station. According to police and initial local reports, the suspect, identified as Amjad, allegedly shot and killed his father, Janas, his mother, and his brother, Riaz. All three victims died at the scene.
Police officers rushed to the location after receiving reports of the shooting, collected evidence, and shifted the bodies to a hospital for legal formalities and post-mortem examination.
Authorities said the suspect escaped immediately after the attack. A search operation has been launched, and raids are being conducted at multiple locations to arrest him.
Police added that the motive behind the killings is still under investigation, and more details are expected to emerge once the inquiry is completed. A case has been registered, and further legal proceedings are underway.
