Nepal Floods: Death Toll Rises to 626
The death toll from devastating floods in Nepal’s border region has risen to 626.
According to the Disaster Management Authority, around 2,000 people remain missing, including 800 foreign nationals.
The Nepal Tourism Board said 121 foreign nationals have so far been rescued, including two US citizens.
Meanwhile, India’s Ministry of External Affairs said 320 Indian nationals are missing following the floods in Nepal.
