Belgium produced a dramatic comeback to defeat Senegal 3 to 2 after extra time and book their place in the FIFA World Cup Round of 16. Belgium mounted a remarkable fightback late in normal time as Romelu Lukaku pulled one back before Youri Tielemans headed home a dramatic equaliser to force extra time. With the match moments away from a penalty shootout, Tielemans won a spot kick after being brought down by Lamine Camara deep into stoppage time at the end of extra time. The midfielder calmly converted the penalty to complete a stunning turnaround and send Belgium into the next round, where they will face either the United States or Bosnia and Herzegovina.
