MUMBAI: Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has sparked curiosity with his bloodied first look from Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming film Love & War, as the makers unveiled a new poster ahead of the film’s scheduled release in January 2027.
The poster, released by Bhansali Productions on September 24, features Kapoor sitting behind the steering wheel of a car, wearing sunglasses, a moustache and a casual T-shirt. His bloodied hand, resting outside the vehicle, has become the central detail of the first-look reveal, while his composed expression leaves questions about his character and the film’s storyline unanswered.
The production house shared the poster on social media with the caption, “Woh rutba, woh raub, woh junoon!” The makers also confirmed that the film will be released worldwide in cinemas on January 21, 2027. However, further details about Kapoor’s character and the circumstances behind his injuries have not yet been disclosed.
