Apple, the top phone maker globally, has been extremely busy after releasing the most recent iPhone 16 series with iOS 18 earlier this month.
Apple fans are anxiously anticipating the release of Apple Intelligence with the iPhone 16 series hitting stores globally, set to launch in October alongside iOS 18.1, as stated by India Today.
Even though Apple Intelligence will be launched next month, all of its AI features will be slowly released throughout the year 2025.
These features powered by AI also consist of an improved Siri version that aims to transform the personal assistant experience.
Yet, the launch date of the new Siri, revealed by Apple at the WWDC 2024 in June, was unclear until recently.
Reports from the media indicate that there could be new Siri features in iOS 18.3, which is anticipated to be released in January, as per information from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman.
He also stated that new features will be introduced with every iOS 18 update.
The launch of iOS 18.1 in mid-October will bring Apple Intelligence, featuring updates like a redesigned Siri, Writing Tools, Photos Clean Up, and Notification Summaries.
The next update after Apple’s iOS 18.1 will be iOS 18.2, and it is anticipated to bring features like Image Playground, Genmoji, and ChatGPT integration. It is expected that the upcoming release of iOS 18.3 in 2025 will feature an improved iteration of Siri.
The expectation is that when Siri is activated, there will be a bright light shining around the edges of the screen. It will also include enhanced functionalities, like detecting onscreen information and executing corresponding actions.
