Pakistani sufi and folk singer Sanam Marvi has publicly announced her divorce from her third husband, Khubaib Qureshi.
While Marvi has chosen not to disclose specific details, she emphasized that the decision to marry anyone and as many times as she desires is entirely her own choice.
In the past, the renowned Sufi singer had accused her second husband, Hamid Ali, of subjecting her to abuse, leading to their divorce. They had three children together. Later, it was revealed that the “Kardo Karam” singer had entered into a secret marriage with Khubaib Qureshi.
Unexpectedly, on March 27, Sanam Marvi filed for another divorce, citing allegations of torture by Qureshi as the reason for seeking the dissolution of their marriage.
The divorce process was concluded by Family Court Judge Ujala Amber on July 7, with the official documents being issued on July 18.
