Bhakkar : In the suburban area of Hyderabad Thal, an unfortunate son killed his mother by striking her with an axe during a domestic dispute. A case has been registered based on the father’s complaint.
According to police sources, the tragic incident occurred in Hyderabad Thal, a suburb of Bhakkar, where the son grievously injured his mother with a sharp axe. The 55-year-old woman, Manzooran Mai, succumbed to her severe injuries while being taken to the hospital.
Police reported that the death resulted from deep head injuries, and the body has been sent to the hospital for an autopsy.
According to District Police Officer (DPO) Shehzad Rafiq, the accused son, Tauqeer, fled the scene after the murder, which was triggered by a domestic dispute. The case has been filed on the complaint of the victim’s husband, Muhammad Nawaz.
The DPO also stated that teams have been formed to apprehend the accused, and he is expected to be captured soon.
