JHANG: The tragic death of a first-year college student, Eshal Fatima, has sparked widespread concern and grief across Jhang, with police confirming the arrest of all suspects allegedly linked to the case.
According to initial reports, Eshal Fatima, a resident of Sultan Colony, went missing before being dropped off in critical condition at a local hospital by three young men traveling in a red car. Despite medical efforts, she could not survive and passed away.
Following the incident, the Crime Control Department (CCD) Jhang and local police launched an immediate investigation. Authorities successfully traced and seized the red vehicle reportedly used in the case and detained all individuals believed to be involved.
Police officials stated that the investigation is ongoing and evidence is being collected from multiple angles to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the student’s death.
The incident has left Eshal Fatima’s family and the local community in mourning, while residents have called for a transparent investigation and strict punishment for those found responsible.
