Educational activities have resumed across Punjab after the completion of the holidays, with schools returning to their normal academic routine. Punjab Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat welcomed students back to schools and expressed his best wishes for their studies.
The minister said that the learning process has resumed with renewed energy and determination. He encouraged students to continue their educational journey from where it was interrupted before the holidays.
According to the notified schedule, schools across Punjab will operate Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Educational institutions have been directed to organize their daily schedules according to the officially notified timings.
Rana Sikandar Hayat also urged teachers to play an active role in helping students whose education was disrupted for any reason during or after the holidays. He emphasized that preventing an increase in the number of out-of-school children is a major challenge and that bringing every child back to school is a shared responsibility.
The Punjab Education Minister further said that consultations are underway to develop new strategies aimed at preventing educational losses in the future. The objective is to ensure that students’ education continues without interruption even during any unusual or emergency situation.
