Samsung Phones has partnered with Batteries Plus to extend its authorized service center (ASC) network.
In a move to enhance customer access to in-warranty smartphone repairs, 35 Batteries Plus stores in the United States will become fully authorized Samsung service centers.
These locations will offer in-warranty repairs and support more device types, including foldable phones like the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5.
Technicians at these locations will undergo comprehensive training and certification to meet Samsung’s standards, ensuring that repairs are carried out using genuine parts and equipment.

The initiative aims to make in-warranty repairs more accessible to customers, particularly in underserved areas.
“We know the important role that Galaxy smartphones play in people’s lives, and it can be inconvenient to part with it for an extended time due to repair,” said Mark Williams, Samsung’s vice president of customer care.
Customers can find these authorized service centers via Samsung’s online service locator and schedule appointments through Batteries Plus’s website.
This partnership aims to improve the in-person repair experience for Samsung customers, including those in areas without an existing Samsung Care location or other authorized service centers.
