Previously leaked excerpts from the memoir discussed Timberlake’s “Cry Me a River” video, where Spears felt she was portrayed as a villain.
She also disclosed having an abortion with Timberlake, stating that he wasn’t ready for parenthood, though she had expected they would have a family together one day.
In the pages of her forthcoming book, the now 41-year-old Spears candidly shares her perspective on the unexpected pregnancy, expressing her profound affection for Justin and her belief in their future as a family.
She writes, “It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn’t a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated.”
Spears further reveals that Justin was not enthusiastic about the pregnancy, stating that they were too young and unprepared for parenthood.
