Jamaat-e-Islami’s leader, Sirajul Haq, emphasized the crucial need for an entirely ‘Neutral’ and dedicated caretaker setup responsible for ensuring a transparent electoral process.
Speaking at a gathering with JI Women Wing, Jamiat Talaba Arabia, and Islami Jamiat Talaba representatives in Mansoorah, he expressed concern over the frequent escalation of electricity, gas, petrol, and food prices.
He urged for a reduction in these prices to alleviate the burdens faced by the public, stressing that citizens across the country, spanning from Chitral to Karachi, are grappling with the challenges of inflation and unemployment.
Haq underlined the importance of citizens holding accountable those involved in corruption through the influential tool of their vote in the upcoming general elections.
He called upon the electorate to exercise their voting power exclusively in favor of competent and morally upright individuals.
