Nathani brings over a decade of diverse experience across leading global and regional organizations.
She currently serves as Country Marketing Lead at inDrive (since April 2026), where she is responsible for driving marketing strategy, performance campaigns, and audience growth across Pakistan, while managing cross-functional teams and optimizing ROI-driven initiatives.
Prior to this, she spent nearly four years at Nestlé, where she served as Senior Brand Manager for NIDO and Category Media Manager. During her tenure, she led brand strategy, innovation, media transformation, and award-winning campaigns — including multiple wins at Dragons of Asia and Effie Awards.
Earlier in her career, Nathani held leadership roles at WPP Media, where she worked on major brands such as Tapal Tea, Gul Ahmed, and Abbott, and played a key role in strategic media planning and client growth.
She also built a strong foundation at Mindshare Pakistan, spending over seven years managing media strategy for top brands including Unilever, Shell, and Dalda, earning recognition at international industry awards.
