Dania Shah has strongly criticized social media personality Hakeem Shehzad Lohapar, calling out what she described as an unhealthy obsession with multiple marriages and attention-seeking behavior online.
In a candid statement, Dania Shah said individuals like him are often given “unnecessary fame” on social media, where some people go to extreme lengths just to gain attention and views.
She said such individuals, in their pursuit of popularity, often neglect their homes, relationships, and responsibilities toward their children.
“I am not very active on social media. I only want respect and peace,” she said, adding that she is a mother to a young child and wants to live a quiet life away from public scrutiny.
Dania urged content creators and users to refrain from exploiting her personal life for views and engagement. “Please do not use my personal life just to gain fame,” she appealed.
She also emphasized the need for more responsible, positive content on social media, urging users to focus on creativity rather than on targeting individuals’ private lives.
Speaking about marriage, Dania Shah made her stance clear, saying that instead of marrying multiple times, people should remain loyal to one relationship. “Truth and loyalty bring blessings and success in life,” she added.
At the end of her message, she shared that she is currently at home with her son and prefers to stay away from social media. She also prayed for all women to be blessed with good fortune, respect, and a peaceful life.
Her remarks have triggered mixed reactions online. While some users supported her views and praised her call for dignity and privacy, others pointed out her own past, noting that she had been married to the late televangelist Aamir Liaquat Hussain and was also associated with Hakeem Shehzad as his reported fourth wife.
The debate continues to unfold on social media, reflecting divided public opinion over personal choices and public narratives.
