UAE’s state Ras Al Khaimah has introduced affordable permanent residency visas, starting at AED16,500 annually, to attract global talent and encourage long-term residency in the UAE.
The big initiative is launched by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) offers a comprehensive package, including a UAE residence visa, third-party visa processing, medical tests, Emirates ID card, pre-approval for a business license, and access to a shared workstation.

Noteworthy for its transparency, the package covers all associated fees, positioning Ras Al Khaimah as a family-friendly destination, and allowing visa holders to easily sponsor their family members.
The move aligns with the UAE’s commitment to diversity and prosperity, positioning the Emirates as a global hub for talent and investment.
The application process is streamlined through the RAKEZ website, though details about the duration of this opportunity are currently undisclosed.
