Bollywood actress Mallika Sherawat has cleared the air about rumors suggesting she will join the upcoming season of Salman Khan’s hit reality show, Bigg Boss 19. For several days, media reports speculated that Mallika might be part of the show’s celebrity contestants. However, the actress took to Instagram to deny these claims, writing, “Putting an end to all rumors, I am not doing Bigg Boss and never will. Thank you.”
Bigg Boss, hosted by Salman Khan, is one of India’s most popular reality shows known for its drama, controversies, and celebrity participants. Each season attracts massive attention as fans eagerly guess which stars will join. Reports also suggested that 90s Bollywood actress Meenakshi Seshadri was invited for this season but declined the offer.
Mallika Sherawat had previously appeared as a guest in Bigg Boss 18 to promote her film. “Wkki Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video.” Despite this past appearance, she confirmed that she has no plans to participate as a contestant.
Over the years, Bigg Boss has featured several big names. And the names including Ravi Kishan, Sunny Leone, Shamita Shetty, Rahul Roy, Shilpa Shirodkar, Tanisha Mukerji, and Pooja Bhatt. A newly released promo for Bigg Boss 19 reveals a colorful eye-shaped logo. And logo symbolizing that this season will be packed with drama, entertainment, and excitement.
According to Indian media reports, Bigg Boss 19 is expected to premiere on the weekend of August 29–30. The show will first stream on Jio Hotstar before airing on television.
