Housing societies don’t just appear out of nowhere. Where housing societies are developed, there is no vacant land. Generally, these are villages with agricultural land cultivated by the villagers.
When the group (or mafia or institution) decides to build a housing society in a certain area, they quietly start buying land from the landowners there. And before even starting the marketing of the society, a large portion of it is already sold to the investors of that society.
But obviously, there are people in every area who do not want to sell their land. And the villagers, who are living contentedly in their homes, never want to leave and go somewhere else.
At this stage, some agent-like people from the same area are used. And there are also people in every human population who are willing to sell their own. So, these agents prepare the landowners and farmers to sell their land and houses.
For this, they offer more money, instill fear of missing out, and promise a better life after selling the land and settling elsewhere.

At this stage, those people who do not have much attachment to their land and area, leave the place. And by selling their house for a little more money, they move away. What remains are the villagers whose land has diminished but houses are still plenty, and they are not satisfied with leaving the place.
At this stage, the development of the society has started. A new and big road begins to be built in the area. Engineers and machinery are seen working. Some locals also start doing some work or business.
Now a high wall is built around the village. Roads are blocked from all sides, leaving one path open for the villagers. Wherever there used to be agricultural land, it is also surrounded by the wall. Water supply is cut off, and cultivation becomes impossible.
In the village, a big sewerage system is usually built where all the dirty water of the village accumulates. It is also compressed and made smaller. Pollution increases in the village because the waste used to turn into fertilizer and reach the fields earlier. Now that doesn’t happen anymore.
At this stage, some people from the village also sell their houses to the agents. When every place is owned by the society, life becomes more difficult for the villagers. Because every house that becomes the property of the society becomes a base for the village people.
Villagers start feeling compelled to leave the village. When these people’s children continue to suffer continuously, they force their parents to leave here.
At this point, the condition of the village is such that there are obstacles between the filth and dirty water all around the village, the broken road on which rain and sewerage water accumulate.
And around, there is no opportunity for work or business for the villagers (because shops can only be built in the commercial area of the society). That is, business is also under the control of the same mafia.
Finally, some empty houses in the village, an old graveyard full of graves, and a shrine are left. The graveyard is closed from all sides, and those who come there are blocked, then a bulldozer is run over them.
Except for a few young people’s gathering place, there is nothing left. It also has to end one day.
