Pakistani media company HUM Network Limited is thrilled to announce the promotion of Umair Ali to the position of Senior Vice President Sales. With over 18 years of experience in the advertising, marketing, and television industries, Umair has made significant contributions to HUM Network, rising through the ranks from Assistant Vice President to Vice President of Sales, before achieving this latest milestone.
Umair joined HUM Network in July 2021 as Assistant Vice President of Sales, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s sales strategy and contributing to its growth. His exceptional leadership and innovative ideas led to his promotion to Vice President of Sales in July 2022, where he continued to drive sales performance and strengthen relationships with key clients.
In his new role as Senior Vice President Sales, Umair will oversee HUM Network’s entire sales operation, driving strategic initiatives and developing key business relationships to enhance the network’s market presence.
Before joining HUM Network, Umair held roles at ARY Digital Network, where he began his career in business development, and Unilever Pakistan, where he worked as a LAN Administrator. He has also contributed his expertise in the IT sector during his time at DHL Pakistan.
Umair holds an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Pakistan Air Force Karachi Institute of Economics & Technology, along with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Karachi.
