Hirsh Vardhan Singh, an Indian-American engineer, has announced his bid for the White House, becoming the third person of Indian descent after Nikki Haley and Vivek Ramaswamy to join the crowded Republican field of candidates vying to become the US President in 2024.
Out of the 12 US presidential candidates, 3 of them are of Indian origin. Keep in mind, the current US Vice President Kamala Harris already has Indian origin. UK and Ireland already have Indian-origin Prime Ministers.
More USA Presidential election news
You would never see any other country’s origin taking part in all aspects of life in a foreign land and taking the leading role of Indian origin. This is called real success and a real nation.
I wouldn’t be surprised if, in the near future, the US has an Indian President in the White House, while we Pakistanis are obsessed with building mosques in the US or organizing Pakistani Melas. Forget about taking part in other countries’ politics, they can’t run their own country.
The irony is unmistakable!
