LAHORE – Shafia Naseer has been appointed as the new head of communications at Philip Morris International, she announced in a LinkedIn post.
Before joining Philip Morris, Shafia Naseer led Procter & Gamble Pakistan’s communications and sustainability efforts, with a focus on crisis communications and media relations. Throughout her career, she has navigated complex scenarios to safeguard the brand’s reputation and ensure alignment with the organization’s values and mission.
With nearly 17 years of experience, she has held senior roles at P&G Pakistan, ICI Pakistan, GE, BASF, Xenith PR, and Multinet. Her expertise spans corporate communications, project management, and public relations, with a strong focus on impactful storytelling and fostering environments of equality and inclusion.
A business graduate from the Institute of Business Management, Karachi (2002–2006), Naseer has built a career recognized for both strategic insight and operational excellence.
