Saudi Arabia’s Al Bawani Holdings, a diversified Saudi conglomerate, is among the top five general contracting entities in the Saudi construction sector and is unlocking jobs for Pakistani nationals.
Saudi Arabia’s billionaire businessman Al Bawani Holdings chairman says the company will establish a state-of-the-art human resource training center in Pakistan.
The Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, Jawad Sohrab Malik, has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Al Bawani Holdings, a Saudi-based conglomerate, during his visit to Saudi Arabia.
The LOI aims to create job opportunities for Pakistani expatriates, particularly in the construction sector. Malik expressed confidence in the skills of Pakistani workers and highlighted their suitability for construction work in Saudi Arabia.

The agreement establishes a legal framework for cooperation between the Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC) and Al Bawani, with the goal of unlocking numerous job opportunities for Pakistani professionals and workers.
Additionally, Al Bawani Holdings plans to establish a state-of-the-art human resource training center in Pakistan to enhance the skills of the Pakistani workforce according to international standards. The SAPM also met with Saudi officials to discuss collaboration on human resources and invited Saudi initiatives to open more testing and training centers in Pakistan.
This development follows a recent agreement between the Pakistan Overseas Employment Corporation (POEC) and NESMA & Partners, a leading Saudi contracting company, to export skilled Pakistani labor for ongoing and upcoming construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
