The head of the Individual Residency Center, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, has announced the introduction of 5 new categories for individual residences. According to the lesson website, he mentioned, ‘New categories are being introduced to make the vision of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and the country’s global prominence a focal point.
“He stated that ‘the first category among the 5 new ones will be for individuals exhibiting exceptional performance in administrative, health, scientific, or research fields.’ ‘The second category will be based on artistic excellence, showcasing extraordinary talent in cultural or sports fields or any other domain.’ ‘The third category will be for investors, the fourth for commercial purposes, and the fifth for ownership of non-movable assets.'”
“He mentioned that ‘individuals with unique residencies will have access to various facilities beyond living and working in Saudi Arabia.'”
