Samsung launched AI-packed Galaxy S24 in an attempt to regain throne from iPhone 15

Samsung Electronics has introduced the Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24, unveiling new mobile experiences powered by Galaxy AI.

The Galaxy S24 series incorporates AI into various aspects, including communication, photography, and search functionality.

Live Translate enables real-time voice and text translations for phone calls, while Interpreter provides instant translations in a split-screen view. The Chat Assist feature helps perfect conversational tones, and Samsung Keyboard’s AI can translate messages in real time in 13 languages.

The Galaxy S24 series also introduces a gesture-driven Circle to Search feature, transforming online search and discovery. In photography, the ProVisual Engine offers AI-powered tools for image capture, editing, and optimization. The Galaxy S24 Ultra features a Quad Tele System with a 5x optical zoom lens and Adaptive Pixel Sensor for optical-quality performance at various zoom levels.

The Nightography capabilities have been enhanced for improved low-light photography. AI editing tools, such as Edit Suggestion and Generative Edit, provide creative control and efficiency. The Super HDR feature ensures lifelike image previews before capturing photos.

The Galaxy S24 series is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform for Galaxy, providing efficient AI processing. The display offers a peak brightness of 2,600nit and features Corning Gorilla Armor for durability. Samsung Knox ensures multi-layered security, and users have control over their data through Advanced Intelligence settings.

The Galaxy S24 series incorporates recycled materials, including recycled cobalt and rare earth elements in the components. Samsung commits to seven generations of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates for the Galaxy S24, contributing to its environmental goals.

The Galaxy S24 Ultra features a titanium frame for enhanced durability, while the Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 offer a streamlined One-mass design. The Galaxy S24 series is available in various Earth mineral-inspired color tones.
