Last night Khadeeja Sohail had a disturbing experience that left her questioning the professionalism of some businesses. She was looking for Sip n Dip’s contact number to inquire about their services and messaged them on WhatsApp. However she and her companions changed their plans and decided to go elsewhere. Khadeeja didn’t respond to their reply assuming that was the end of it.
To her surprise the person managing their number who identified himself as Hasnain Khalil started calling her late at night. Not just once but multiple times spamming her WhatsApp incessantly. Frustrated Khadeeja finally picked up only to hear him rudely demand that she place an order and explain why she hadn’t replied. Despite making it clear that she was no longer interested he sent her their menu and continued to insist.
She ended the call hoping he’d stop but instead he kept calling repeatedly crossing all boundaries of decency and professionalism. When she confronted him his behavior was shameless and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse he even unsent his messages afterward.
This kind of harassment is outrageous and reflects poorly on the business. If anyone from Sip n Dip is reading this Khadeeja urges you to take immediate action against him. Is this how you treat your customers This level of disrespect and poor service needs to be addressed urgently.
