Customer’s Disturbing Experience at Clinix Pharmacy Johar Town Lahore Sparks Outrage
Lahore, February 14, 2025 – A routine visit to Clinix Pharmacy near Shadiwal Chowk, Johar Town turned into an upsetting experience for a customer simply trying to buy medicines for herself and her husband.
According to the customer, she arrived at Clinix around 1:00 AM with her two-year-old daughter, as her husband was too unwell to step out of the car. While purchasing medicines, she was assisted by a staff member named Faisal, who displayed kindness and patience, helping her select the right medications and advising her on an effective nebulizer, which she eventually purchased.
However, the peaceful interaction was abruptly disrupted when floor manager Shazman Khan began shouting aggressively at Faisal. The manager glared at the customer while yelling at the employee, creating an uncomfortable and humiliating situation. His exact words, “Peechle adhe ghante se kya ho raha hai, agar nahi bill ho raha to kisi aur ko de do, hato idhar se,” indicated clear frustration, seemingly blaming Faisal for spending too much time assisting the customer.
The customer, who was already struggling to breathe, was unable to defend herself or the helpful salesman. Other pharmacy employees also attempted to de-escalate the situation by advising the manager to not shout in front of a customer, but instead of listening, he continued berating Faisal.
Expressing her disappointment and frustration, the customer revealed that she is a regular patron of Clinix Pharmacy, frequently making purchases worth thousands of rupees. However, after this incident, she vowed never to return and to advise her friends and family against visiting the branch.
The incident raises concerns about Clinix Pharmacy’s staff training and customer service standards, particularly the conduct of senior management. Despite having dedicated and empathetic employees like Faisal, such unprofessional behavior from leadership can significantly damage a company’s reputation.
Clinix Pharmacy has yet to respond to the matter.
