On Wednesday, Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, revealed the creation of a 150-million-fund via the “X” platform.
The fund created by Sheikh Mohammad is specifically designed to provide support to content creators worldwide, along with the establishment of a permanent headquarters aimed at fostering the development of their skills and capabilities, propelling them to global prominence.
This announcement coincided with the I Billion Followers Summit, the largest global assembly of content creators, currently taking place in Dubai.

Addressing the event, Sheikh Mohammed emphasized the significant role of content creators, stating, “The UAE has hosted 3,000 content creators with over 1.8 billion followers from 95 countries, marking one of the largest global gatherings of its kind.
We extend a warm welcome to them in the UAE, underscoring that content creation is not just an art but a responsibility, a science, and the future of media.”
He further declared, “Today, we unveil a fund of Dhs150 million dedicated to supporting content creators, coupled with the establishment of a permanent headquarters to nurture their skills and capabilities for global impact.”
