Pakistan’s clean sweep of Bangladesh in the T20I series has triggered major shifts in the ICC Men’s Player Rankings, with Mohammad Haris making headlines by leaping 210 places to No. 30 in the T20I Batter Rankings. Haris was named Player of the Series after scoring a blistering 107* off 46 balls in the final match, finishing with 167 runs at a remarkable strike rate of 201.12.
Middle-order batter Hasan Nawaz also impressed, amassing 121 runs at a strike rate of 198.36 to climb 57 spots to a career-best joint 45th. Bangladesh’s Tanzid Hasan rose 28 places to No. 53, while Pakistan captain Salman Ali Agha jumped 42 spots to a joint 75th position.
On the bowling front, Abbas Afridi’s strong performance of 2/26 in the final T20I pushed him up 18 places to a shared 19th in the T20I Bowler Rankings, alongside Haris Rauf and Anrich Nortje. All-rounder Shadab Khan moved up 10 places to No. 14 after contributing 55 runs and four wickets across the series.
