In the Mahzooz 144th lucky draw held on September 2, 2022, a 27-year-old Pakistani expatriate residing in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) struck gold, winning a generous AED 1 million prize.
Muhammad, who serves as a finance manager, is renowned for his passion for cricket and his dedication to bodybuilding. Having relocated to the UAE just last year with his spouse, he is a frequent participant in Mahzooz events.
Overflowing with excitement, Muhammad described his victory as nothing short of unbelievable. He recounted that he had acquired a Mahzooz water bottle just 25 minutes before the entry deadline. It’s worth noting that individuals can enter the draw by purchasing one of these water bottles, automatically enrolling themselves for a chance to win.
Despite his win, Muhammad refrained from checking his email initially, as he had plans to watch the highly anticipated Pakistan vs. India cricket match. Regrettably, the match was canceled due to rain. Initially, he assumed he had won a modest AED 250 prize in UAE, but a friend encouraged him to inspect his Mahzooz email. Much to his astonishment, Muhammad discovered that he was the recipient of the AED 1 million prize.
Muhammad intends to utilize this substantial sum to cover his living expenses in the UAE and embark on a pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia for religious reasons. Furthermore, he harbors a heartfelt desire to support the education of underprivileged children in Pakistan.
Expressing his gratitude, Muhammad extended his thanks to Mahzooz for the life-changing opportunity and affirmed his commitment to participating in future lucky draws, all with the hope of one day clinching the coveted AED 20 million grand prize.
Earlier in 2022, an Abu-Dhabi-based Pakistani mechanic, who recently won AED 10 million in a lucky draw, said earlier this week he wanted to spend a portion of his money to help flood-affected people in his country of origin.
