National Super App Pakistan is set to transform how citizens and businesses access government services. The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MoITT) is leading the project under the Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP) with support from the World Bank.
The new National Super App Pakistan will act as a one-stop platform for all major government services. Citizens will be able to renew licenses, file taxes, and apply for permits. Services for health and education will also be included. The app will be available 24/7 through mobile and web platforms with multilingual support.
Security is a key focus of the National Super App Pakistan. It will use end-to-end encryption, a zero-trust model, and comply with GDPR standards. Users will log in with NADRA digital ID and biometric verification. This will ensure safe and smooth access to all services.
Officials say the app will reduce office visits and cut administrative costs. Digital payments will make revenue collection easier and faster. With single sign-on and personalized dashboards, users will get a better experience.
In the future, the app will expand to include third-party services, subscriptions, and even in-app ads. This digital move is expected to improve transparency, efficiency, and inclusiveness in governance.
Once launched, this app will change government-to-citizen (G2C) and government-to-business (G2B) interactions across the country. It is a major step toward building a stronger Digital Pakistan.
