During an interview with a local news channel, Jannat Mirza, the popular TikTok star with the highest number of followers, revealed that she had been offered roles in two major drama serials.
Mirza shared that she had to turn down the offers as she was in Japan at the time. “I was approached to play Kubra Khan’s character in the drama ‘Hum Kahan Ke Sachay Thay’ and Ushna Shah’s character in ‘Parizaad’,” she disclosed during the interview. Expressing regret, she mentioned that she wished she had been in Pakistan during that period.
The TikToker also acknowledged that she didn’t believe she could have portrayed the characters better than Kubra and Ushna, given their extensive experience in the field. However, she expressed that if she had tried, perhaps the viewers would have appreciated her acting as well.
Mirza also praised the quality of both dramas, stating that she didn’t think she could compete with Kubra’s performance. Nevertheless, she mentioned having some scripts for different dramas and hinted at the possibility of making her debut in the drama industry soon.
Jannat Mirza, a 22-year-old TikToker, boasts an impressive following with 22.8 million followers and 660.3 million likes on TikTok, along with 4.4 million followers on Instagram. She has already ventured into the film industry with roles in the movies “Tere Bajre Di Rakhi” and “Dil Mod De.”
