Havas Media Network Singapore has made two major leadership appointments as part of its plan to strengthen its market position and accelerate digital growth across Southeast Asia. The agency announced that Jean Lee has been named managing director, while Zoheb Gafoor has taken on the role of general manager, digital for Southeast Asia.
These appointments mark a strategic push by Havas to deepen client relationships, boost digital capabilities, and expand its Converged.AI approach across the region.
Jean Lee, who brings more than 20 years of experience from agencies such as dentsu X, Carat, and OMD, will oversee the overall strategic and operational direction of Havas Media Singapore. Throughout her career, she has led integrated teams and worked with major brands including IKEA, StarHub, Resorts World Sentosa, Standard Chartered, Uniqlo, and Asia Pacific Breweries. Her experience in building strong client relationships and guiding teams through transformation makes her a key addition to the Singapore leadership team.
Lee will collaborate with other Havas divisions, including Havas Play, CSA, and Havas Market, to deliver connected marketing solutions under the company’s Converged.AI framework—a model focused on blending data, creativity, and intelligent automation. Speaking about her new role, Lee said she is excited to lead the Singapore office into its next growth phase and looks forward to delivering work that is “meaningful and measurable.”
On the digital front, Zoheb Gafoor will lead efforts to accelerate the agency’s digital transformation across Southeast Asia. With over 14 years of regional experience in performance, data, and operations—most recently at Hearts & Science APAC—Gafoor is expected to strengthen automation, upgrade performance standards, and forge new technology partnerships across the network. His digital expertise will help Havas deliver smarter, outcome-driven digital solutions for clients.
Gafoor noted that Havas’ Converged.AI strategy offers a strong foundation for reimagining how brands connect with audiences. He shared that he is excited to collaborate with teams across Southeast Asia to build digital solutions that drive immediate business impact while remaining scalable and future-ready.
Both Lee and Gafoor will report to Pankaj Nayak, CEO of Havas Media Network Singapore and President for Southeast Asia. Nayak praised both leaders, highlighting Lee’s “relationship-first approach and strategic acumen” and Gafoor’s strong track record in performance and data-driven operations. He added that their leadership will play a critical role in strengthening the agency’s capabilities and expanding growth across the region.
These moves are part of a broader leadership refresh across the Havas network in Asia-Pacific. Recently, Havas Ortega appointed Raymond “Rai” Dizon as general manager and head of business growth and experience in the Philippines. Meanwhile, in Australia, Havas Media selected Kate O’Ryan-Roeder as its new CEO, following her decade-long leadership experience at Mindshare.
With these new appointments, Havas continues to sharpen its integrated approach, combining creativity, data, technology, and innovation to serve clients across the region more effectively.
