It is noteworthy that Mirza Shahzad Akbar had been facing multiple charges from Pakistan’s anti-graft watchdog in Islamabad. Last year, he was placed on the stop list by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), preventing him from leaving the country.
However, a recent turn of events allowed Shahzad to depart for the UAE on Sunday. This came after the Islamabad High Court (IHC) ordered the removal of his name from the FIA’s stop list, marking a significant development in his legal status.
