Changan Pakistan has announced the appointment of Dr. Mohammad Saad Usmani as its new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). With over two decades of extensive experience in strategic human resource management, organizational development, and leadership, Saad brings a wealth of expertise to his new role.
Dr. Saad previously served as Divisional Head of Learning & Talent Management at United Bank Limited (UBL), where he led HR strategies for over 15,000 employees across Pakistan and international operations. His leadership in learning and development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness has been widely recognized in the HR domain.
In his career, Dr. Mohammad Usmani has also served as Head of Organization Development at Sui Southern Gas Company, Managing Partner at Absolute Management Consultants, and held senior HR roles in prestigious organizations including NIB Bank, Hutchison Ports, and Hilton Pharma.
Throughout his great career, he has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, leadership development, performance improvement, and fostering innovation in workforce management. A Chartered Fellow of CIPD and SHRM-SCP, Dr. Usmani is known for driving impactful HR transformations and aligning HR initiatives with corporate goals.
