During a Coldplay concert, an awkward moment unfolded when frontman Chris Martin accidentally exposed a tech CEO getting a bit too close to a colleague.
Andy Byron, the CEO of tech firm Astronomer, was spotted hugging a female staff member during the band’s performance. The pair were shown on the big screen in the stadium, wrapped in each other’s arms, looking shocked and quickly trying to hide their faces when they realized they were being watched by thousands.
Chris Martin, noticing the awkwardness, seemed to make a subtle comment during the performance, adding to the tension. Fans were quick to pick up on the strange moment, with many taking to social media to question the nature of the relationship between Byron and the staffer. Some even called it a “cheating scandal in real time.”
