Nicky’s own cancer journey began during fertility treatment when she noticed changes in her breast and suffered from severe back pain. Tragically, within a week, she faced both a miscarriage and the devastating diagnosis of incurable metastatic breast cancer.
Throughout her challenging journey, Nicky championed celebrating life and extended her support to various businesses and charities. Notably, she collaborated with Boho Betty on a jewelry collection, with profits benefitting Future Dreams, a charity dear to her heart.

In her final year, Nicky experienced some remarkable moments, including witnessing her sister’s wedding, traveling to beautiful destinations like Tenerife and Finland, and embarking on a special trip to Disneyland, a place she held close to her heart.
