In a tweet from May 2014, the actor sarcastically wrote, “Okay, I’m convinced. I’m getting a divorce, thanks for letting me know! Now, can you also tell me when I’m getting remarried? Thanks!”
This tweet was, in fact, Abhishek’s witty and sarcastic way of denying the divorce rumors, mocking the constant speculation surrounding his personal life.
Aishwarya’s Past Response on Divorce Speculations
Recently, an old video of Aishwarya Rai with Abhishek Bachchan from The Oprah Winfrey Show went viral. In the video, Oprah questioned how difficult it would be for the couple to get a divorce after such an extravagant wedding.
Aishwarya responded sternly, stating, “We can’t even think of such a thing, not even in a joke.”
It’s important to remember that the Bollywood power couple tied the knot in 2007, and in 2011, they welcomed their beautiful daughter, Aaradhya.
