Former girlfriend of Al Pacino, Noor Alfallah, has initiated legal proceedings to secure full physical custody of their three-month-old son, Roman.
Legal documents filed in Los Angeles reveal her request for “reasonable visitation” rights for the 83-year-old actor, as reported by The Blast, which had access to the documents.
The couple was romantically involved since April 2022 and welcomed their son on June 6th of the same year. Noor Alfallah expressed her willingness to grant joint legal custody, allowing Pacino input on matters such as education, religion, and medical treatment, according to sources.
Furthermore, a document titled “voluntary declaration of parentage” has reportedly been submitted, bearing signatures from both Noor Alfallah and Pacino, dating six days after their child’s birth. An additional third-party witness has confirmed the actor’s biological paternity.
In her filing, Alfallah is also seeking financial support to cover her legal fees, although the specific amount of child support remains undisclosed. In California, the court typically determines child support based on both parents’ incomes.
Stan Rosenfield, a representative for Pacino, commented, “Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman.”
Pacino, who already has three children, shares twins with Beverly D’Angelo and has a daughter with Jan Tarrant. Meanwhile, Alfallah has previously been in relationships with Mick Jagger and billionaire Nicolas Berggruen.
It was expected that the judge in the case would state an amount based on what Alfallah asks for in forthcoming hearings; there was no evidence to indicate that Pacino was opposed to any of the requests, the outlet reported.
Alfallah and Pacino’s OB-GYN is Beverly Hills-based Thais Aliabadi, who delivered Khloe Kardashian’s child on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
