Vicky Pattison was all set to enjoy a delightful dinner date with her beau when an unexpected turn of events took her perilously close to danger.
Sharing the harrowing incident on her Instagram Story, the Geordie Shore alum recounted the frightful episode that took place on a Saturday. Posting a video of the burning car, she captioned it with the words, “I was in that car minutes ago.” The whole experience was absolutely terrifying for her.
During their Uber ride, Vicky and Ercan noticed the engine light was on, and the car began making unsettling noises while on the A1. Concerned, they decided to pull over, only to discover smoke billowing from the back of the vehicle.
The Uber driver attempted to reassure them, urging them to stay inside the car, which seemed like a safer option on a busy road like the A1. However, the situation quickly escalated, and the car suddenly burst into flames, leaving them in a state of shock.
Vicky shared the video of the car engulfed in flames, displaying the severity of the situation. Thankfully, the police arrived promptly to handle the situation, instructing them to keep a safe distance. Despite the ordeal, Vicky and Ercan managed to compose themselves, and they continued with their date night.
Reflecting on the mixed emotions of the day, Vicky called it a “mixed bag to say the least.” The incident had left her shaken, but she showed strength by not letting it ruin her special day with fiancé Ercan Ramadan.
