MULTAN: Five people were killed in a tragic road accident on Bosan Road in Multan after a speeding car went out of control, crashed into a road divider and overturned, according to rescue officials.
Rescue officials said the car was travelling at high speed when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The car struck the divider and overturned, resulting in the deaths of all five people travelling inside. All five occupants died at the scene of the accident.
The collision was so severe that the car reportedly went airborne and overturned several times before being reduced to a heap of twisted metal. The horrifying incident left the vehicle badly damaged.
Following the accident, rescue teams rushed to the scene and recovered the bodies of the deceased. The bodies were subsequently shifted to Nishtar Hospital in Multan.
The tragic incident plunged the hospital premises into mourning as the relatives of the deceased gathered outside the hospital. Heartbreaking cries and wails of family members filled the atmosphere, leaving the area engulfed in grief.
The loss of five lives in the devastating crash has left the families of the victims facing an immense tragedy.
Meanwhile, Multan City Police Officer (CPO) Akhtar Farooq visited the accident site and reviewed the situation.
The accident occurred on Bosan Road, where the speeding car lost control, struck the divider and overturned, claiming the lives of all five occupants.
Rescue officials confirmed that the victims died at the scene before their bodies were transported to Nishtar Hospital. The incident has left the victims’ relatives in deep mourning.
