A court in Manchester has sentenced a 43-year-old man to prison for sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl in a deeply disturbing case.
The verdict was delivered at Manchester Crown Court, where Mohsin Farjam was found guilty of targeting a minor described as mentally vulnerable. According to prosecutors, the accused took the girl to a tent where he was living in Stockport.
The court heard that he forced the victim to consume vodka and then assaulted her while she was intoxicated.
Despite the trauma, the girl managed to escape and later showed courage by informing her relatives about the incident. Police were alerted and swiftly arrested the suspect.
During the investigation, Farjam denied all allegations and reportedly showed no remorse. However, based on compelling evidence, the court convicted him and ordered a prison sentence.
Authorities have reiterated their call for vigilance and urged the public to report any case.
