What began as promises of a better future abroad ended in one of the most disturbing triple murder cases in recent memory, as police arrested a man accused of killing his wife and her two sisters after allegedly luring them with dreams of going to America and Europe.
The suspect, Mansha, was taken into custody after a complex investigation led by local police uncovered a grim sequence of events involving deception, suspicion, and brutal killings.
From foreign dreams to deadly reality
According to investigators, Mansha allegedly convinced his wife, Nazia, and her sisters, Bimla and Maria, that he would help them travel abroad for better opportunities.
However, police say those promises masked a sinister plan.
The case first came to light when Nazia’s body was discovered in the Civil Nagar area. With the help of the Punjab Forensic Science Agency and NADRA, authorities identified the victim and began tracing her missing sisters.
Days later, the bodies of Bimla and Maria were recovered from the Lower Chenab Canal in Hafizabad.
Confession and chilling details
During interrogation, Mansha allegedly confessed to murdering all three women, with the assistance of his nephews, Dawood and Subhan.
Police officials said the suspect claimed he had developed suspicions about his wife’s character, which led him to plan and execute the killings.
Senior officers, including SSP Operations Rana Ghiyur Ahmad Khan, confirmed that modern investigative techniques and forensic evidence played a key role in solving the case.
