DAMAC-backed real estate technology platform Prypco has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Justice of Georgia to advance the development of real estate tokenization, marking a major step toward regulated digital property rights.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, Minister of Justice Paata Salia, and Amira Sajwani, Managing Director of DAMAC and Founder of Prypco, underscoring strong government and private-sector backing for innovation in the property and digital assets ecosystem.
The collaboration aims to establish clear regulatory standards, secure legal frameworks, and trusted mechanisms for digitizing real estate ownership and rights. The initiative will focus on transparency, investor protection, and compliance as property transactions increasingly adopt blockchain-based systems.
