Lucid Motors, a leader in sustainable luxury electric vehicles, has appointed Greg Lombardo as its new Director of Global Security. With over 30 years of experience in the U.S. Marine Corps and law enforcement, Lombardo brings a wealth of expertise in threat management, covering physical, operational, and information security.
In his new role, Lombardo will oversee Lucid’s security initiatives, safeguarding company assets and personnel worldwide, from their Silicon Valley headquarters to facilities in Arizona and Saudi Arabia, as well as studios and service centers across North America, Europe, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Working closely with Lucid’s General Counsel and CEO, Lombardo aims to enhance security measures to meet the company’s evolving global footprint.
“Security risks are increasingly complex and demand a collaborative approach,” Lombardo stated. “I’m honored to lead such a talented team, and I look forward to building strong Insider Threat and Workplace Violence Prevention programs to protect our people, property, and information.”
